A  vTools form has been created to capture registration information for our region excom members and section delegates to the annual region meeting in New Orleans, April 17 – 19, 2015.  This form can be reached from here:

Only Excom members and Primary Section Delegates should use this form! All other attendees should use the regular registration form available at r5conferences.org. This form will be used to expedite registration for  EXCOM members and Section Delegates. Excom and Section Delegate registration will be completed from this data after validation. The cost will be calculated and paid by the region; however, EXCOM and delegates need to reserve their hotel rooms (hotel cut-off date is 3/25 but they will fill any remaining rooms available after 3/25 on a first come first served basis until the hotel is full).  There is a link to the hotel site from the vTools registration page.
