Biography

Cecilia Sereno, Section Lead – Aircraft Lighting Systems

Cecilia is responsible for developing the interior and exterior lighting systems and cockpit control panels at Heart Aerospace.

She has more than 16 years working with lighting systems for aerospace and automobile applications. She has experienced all phases of an aircraft design and certification cycle in different lighting products development.

She worked from 2005 to 2011 at Fiat Brazil, from 2011 to 2020 at Embraer and since 2021 she’s been working at Heart Aerospace in Gothenburg, Sweden.

She is an Electrical Engineer, who graduated from UFMG, Brazil, with an M.B.A. in Project Management at FGV, Brazil.
