Speaker Bio:Bob is a consultant in standards, conformity assessment and accreditation. Bob was a Patent Engineering Specialist at the Philco Corporation for 13 years and has lectured and publicized on patent matters, including a presentation on the patent system at the IEEE Consultants in Austin several years ago.
