Is Real Estate a Good Investment for Engineers?
03 March, 2009
Abstract: | Watching the national news, we can see a pretty grim picture of the real estate business. This session will address the greater Austin area market as a unique entity. What are the long term trends? What determines if a metropolitan area is in a buyers’ or sellers’ market? How can one purchase property with a self-directed IRA? How can one purchase property below market? This session will also address lessons learned from the properties that the Farrell team flipped. |
