Abstract: | Our current economy is causing many people to experience elevated levels of anxiety and stress. In this talk, we’ll discuss the impact of stress on our minds and bodies and we’ll learn tools that help us access calm and positive mental and emotional states that help us handle the challenges we face in the most effective manner. |
