Abstract:Consultants come in the door at a new client with a certain level of authority automatically attributed to us. What can we do to maintain that authority? How do we balance authority with the need to connect and build relationships within the client organization? This presentation will offer some tips and advice, along with stories from our own experience (good and bad), to help you manage your Authority during an engagement.
