This talk will investigate and describe the good, bad and ugly of incorporating machine learning into businesses’ customer experience. Using my own experience with a start-up company focused on exploiting machine learning to enhance customer service, and drawing on other leading thoughts in the industry, I will discuss what can really be expected at this point in time and what can we look forward to in the future. |
