From Craftful to Catastrophe – Contracts Issues for Consultants
08 August, 2019
Topic: | From Craftful to Catastrophe — Contracts Issues for Consultants |
Abstract: | Join us for a program addressing a range of contract issues for consultants that should see more light of day, particularly for technical consultants. Topics will include a range of alternative structures to consider for your engagements, opportunities that you might not know were there, terms that can appear straightforward and binding yet be ineffective, and a number of bear traps to watch out for and avoid. This should be an interactive discussion following the interests of our audience. And our goal is to provide all some measure of a better foundation as informed consumers of contracts as tools in their practice. |
