Title: ENERGIZE YOUR MINDSET: 8 TIPS FOR MOVING ON FROM THE COVID-19 ALLIGATOR PIT

Speaker:

Abstract: As the unknowns around the reopening involving COVID-19 drag on, the times feel overwhelming for many people. Or in Carrie Vanston’s nomenclature, many of us feel we’re stuck in the proverbial alligator pit.  How do we keep our sanity and stay out of the swamp during this period of uncertainty? Though many of us are facing life-changing circumstances, a good starting point is to consciously shift from a fixed mindset of fear and negativity to one of empowerment, opportunity, and unexpected outcomes. With an energized growth mindset, you can say “bye-bye” to those gators when they come a-snapping.

You’ll leave saying “See you later, alligator!”

June 16 – JOINT MEETING with Consultant’s Network – SO, YOU WANNA REWIRE YOUR HOUSE, HUH?

Wednesday, June 3rd, 2020

This will be a WebEx Virtual meeting

Title: SO, YOU WANNA REWIRE YOUR HOUSE, HUH?

Speaker: James Mercier

Abstract: It doesn’t matter whether you intend to do the work yourself or hire a contractor to do it, there are certain things you will need to know in order to get what you want out of the job. James will not try to make you electricians, but he will discuss certain National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements, different wiring methods and the relative benefits of each one, receptacle placement, and other items such as GFCI receptacles and breakers, AFCI breakers, and his recommendation on how to use GFCI receptacles effectively, and how to troubleshoot GFCI problems as well as other common problems.

This is intended to be fun and informative, not a hard lecture (no exam afterward).
