About the Speaker:

Michael has been with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors since June 2018. Prior to joining the Board, he had nearly 10 years experience at the Railroad Commission of Texas, Oil and Gas Division, during which he served in positions as an engineer, Special Project Manager and as Manager of Environmental Permits and Support. Prior to that. Michael began his engineering career at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005, and he is a licensed professional engineer in Texas.
