R5 awards

-Central Texas Section was awarded Outstanding Large Section (>500 members).

-Fawzi Behman received the 2014 IEEE Region 5 Outstanding Member award.

-The University of Texas IEEE Student Branch won 3^rd in Circuit Design Competition.

-Trinity University IEEE Student Branch took 2cd place in the Ethics Competition.
