Abstract:
Enterprise IT operations are moving from tool-centric automation to outcome-driven agentic operations. This talk introduces a unified Agentic AI operating platform where specialized AI agents collaborate across DevOps, platform engineering, development, security, database, API management, network, ECCB/CAB governance, deployment automation, multi-cloud, Kubernetes, monitoring, and data platform operations. The target model is not uncontrolled automation: it is governed autonomy, where agents plan, validate, summarize, orchestrate, and recommend actions while human accountability, approval gates, audit controls, and rollback readiness remain mandatory for high-risk changes.
