First time meeting for the new group of officers.
The meeting will be in the cafeteria, one of the small dining rooms (being reserved today as I type this). Get your food and come to the room. There is sometimes a 10-minute delay getting your food.
For the two external visitors, stop at the main gate on Culebra; the guard will check your ID and give you a temporary visitor badge from the guard (and directions, which are easy–the first main building on the right).
