Greetings Houston PES! We are excited to bring you our first in-person event at our new meeting space. For this event we will have Richard Kirby, PE, MEng, SMIEEE from Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Inc. will be demonstrating Synchro-Wave measurements with a live test rack. Attendees to the presentation will receive 1 PDH.
This event will be at 6pm. We are trying a later time to align with people's demanding work schedules. We really want this to be an excellent club for power systems engineering professionals and so we have also sought out an excellent, new, non-competitive location for meetings just south of the Energy Corridor. Park on the side lot off W Houston Center Blvd.
This event will be free of charge for IEEE Members, and free as well for first-time non-members. Join us afterwards at 7 for a networking hour in the same building, there will be snacks and refreshments provided.
