Navigating Office Politics: What do you think of when you hear the words “office politics“? Facing politics at work happen to everyone, but you need to develop strategies to recognize and understand political behavior and to build a strong and supportive network. In this talk, the speaker will
discuss how one can learn to navigate the politics of workplace by keeping calm and avoiding drama.

Michele Tesciuba did her Bachelors from UCLA and Masters from MIT, both in Mechanical Engineering. Later she did Masters in Management for the Oil and Gas Industry from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. She started her career in Schlumberger and served there in various roles. Recently, she has started her own consulting company 3MT Consulting Services. She is a passionate professional who believes in coaching and mentoring individuals to deliver business results.
