About the Chair

Harish Padmanaban, Ph.D., serves as the Chair of IEEE Houston Section. With over 13 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, AI, and Cloud Computing, he brings a blend of academic and industry expertise. He has authored more than four technical books, published eight peer‑reviewed papers, and holds three internationally granted patents. Beyond his technical contributions, Harish is a research reviewer, hackathon judge, and editorial board member across international journals.
