Hartmann, P.E. is a Licensing Project Manager at the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in Austin. He has been with the Board for thirteen years. Previously he worked with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and predecessor agencies. He has also worked with Huntsman Corporation; and two environmental engineering consulting firms.
