Call for volunteers! Judge Engineering Projects at HCC
Call for volunteers!
The Houston Community College Engineering Program has two courses where students work as a team to create a simple engineering device, Introduction to Engineering [E1201] and Engineering Graphics [E1204]. Professor June Keller is seeking external judges for these courses at the following times and locations:
- July 17, Wednesday, 8-10 am, Alief Hayes Campus (2811 Hayes Road, Houston TX, 77082)
- Introduction to Engineering [E1201]. Problem Statement: Design a simple engineering device and do not spend more than $50.
- July 18, Thursday, 6-8 pm, Fraga Academic Campus (301 N. Drennan, Houston TX,77003).
- Engineering Graphics [E1204]. Problem Statement: Design a 3-D object using AutoCad. Your report and presentation will discuss how you came up with your idea and exactly what steps [commands] you used.
- July 23, Tuesday, 2-4 pm, Fraga Academic Campus, (301 N. Drennan, Houston TX, 77003)
- Introduction to Engineering [E1201]. Problem Statement: Design a simple engineering device and do not spend more than $50.
