Please join us at Marketplace Grill in Springdale Arkansas for a Dinner and Learn event with our visiting guest lecturer Phil Clark. Phil Clark is the Director of Corporate Security for Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation (AECC). Dinner will be provided free for IEEE Student Members. IEEE Members and guest are welcome to join for $15 per person. The title for the talk is: Critical Infrastructure Security: Concerns Trends, and the Future of Critical Infrastructure Security This will be buffet style in a private dinning room. Buffet Menu: Beef Medallions (New York Strip) and Grilled Chicken Medallions (Half with Chicken Cajun Seasoning). For the Sides, we will have Salad, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, and Mac & Cheese. Dessert will be a your choice of: Fresh Baked Cookies, NY Style Cheesecake, Chocolate Chunk Cake, Cobbler Seasonal. This event will be a tour of the Tyson Manufacturing Automation Center ((https://www.tysonfoods.com/news/news-releases/2019/8/new-facility-boost-tyson-foods-automation-and-robotics-efforts)) facility located in Springdale Arkansas. Space is limited so registration will be set to 40 maximum attendees. After the tour we will plan to have a social hour from approximately 6:30pm to 7:30pm at Las Fajitas in Springdale Arkansas. Table appetizers will be provided so please indicate if you would like to attend the tour, the social hour, or both so we have an accurate head count.
