CTS semi-annual Planning meetings are held in late January and late August. These meetings of the Section ExCom are called by the Section Chair all Chapter and Affinity Group chairs (or designee) are requested to attend as members of the CTS Executive Committee..
Section officers, two Past Chairs, Standing Committee Chairs, and Chairs of all Section Chapters & Affinity Groups form the Executive Committee that votes on any actions requiring approval at these Planning Meetings. A regular vote by the Executive Committee is the annual budget for the section and all chapters that is voted on in the January planning meeting.
