The competitive environment will be defined, people skills will be identified, and the application of these skills will be discussed. Methods of skill assessment will be presented including the idea of using performance evaluations to improve the skills. A self-assessment of skills will be discussed along with ideas for skills improvement. Humor is used during the presentation. Participants will be encouraged to ask questions.
