The room block reserved for our annual meeting in New Orleans is full but reservations can still be made on a case-by-case (last minute) basis (for now at least) by calling Shana Green, 504-585-4388, at the conference hotel. They will try to accommodate us until the hotel is full. Also note that the hotel is almost sold out for that weekend so folks registering for a room at the IEEE Region 5 annual meeting/university competitions event should make that reservation ASAP.  Once the conference hotel is full, anyone registering late will need to find another hotel.
