The 2025 IEEE Region 5 Annual Business Meeting and Student Competitions will be held in Wichita, Kansas between the 28th – 30th of March, 2025. On Friday, March 28, there will be a reception from 6 PM onwards.

IEEE Region 5 holds an annual meeting to approve its Executive Committee members, set goals, and determine an annual budget for programs and services. Each of the 27 Sections is expected to send a minimum of one voting representative to participate.
