Kansas City Section Annual Meeting and Engineering Ethics Workshop
The Kansas City Section of IEEE will host a combined no-cost engineering ethics workshop and annual section meeting on October 25th from 4-6pm. In the first hour of this session, Dr. Kyle Payne, a talent development professional will facilitate a workshop on Ethical Leadership and Followership for Engineers. The Section will support the collection of PDH credits for this professional development opportunity. The second hour will be devoted to updating attendees on the priorities and activities of the Section and affiliated Chapters and Student Branches. Members of the Section Executive Committee will also share highlights from their engagement in IEEE conferences and events. This is a great opportunity to join the KC Section leadership team if you have been interested in learning more about how to engage in local or national-level IEEE activities, getting support hosting technical lectures, or how a portion of your IEEE dues is being reinvested in your community.
