The 2024 IEEE St. Louis Annual Awards Ceremony will be held as a luncheon this year on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 11:00 AM CST. This event is exclusively for IEEE members, their families, and friends. Members are welcome to bring one guest. Join us as we celebrate the exceptional contributions of our members to their profession and community. Please register on vTools by November 20, 2024. If you are bringing a guest, you may include them in your registration, which will help us plan an accurate lunch order. For now, we ask each member to register only one guest. Come join your fellow Dallas/Fort Worth IEEE members at a meet and greet with the IEEE Board Saturday 23 November between 5:00 and 6:00 PM at the Dallas Hilton Anatole. The IEEE board as well as other leadership will be meeting in Dallas 20-25 November as part of the regular IEEE Meeting Series. The IEEE Meeting Series takes place three times per year and comprises a series of administrative meetings of the IEEE Board of Directors, the major organizational unit (OU) boards, and the various standing committees of both the IEEE Board and OUs. Immediately following the end of Saturday's meetings we will be joining the board in the meeting room for an hour of meet and great. The agenda for the hour is for the IEEE board to get to know you and for you to establish relationships with the IEEE leaders as well as other local IEEE members in your area of interest. We are expecting a range of local Dallas/Fort Worth IEEE members, including Student, Graduate Student, higher grade, Life Members, as well as local industry leaders. Annual IEEE LSS LMAG Appreciation Dinner. LMAG Active Volunteer Members cost is FREE. 1 Guest per member, cost is $20 (cash to be paid at the event). Prefered dress for LM volunteers: RED SHIRTS.. Pictures will be taken. Bar-Open Full. There is a choice of entrees: Filet, Chicken or Fish (Salmon), plus some Hor d'oeuvres and deserts. Coffee, Tea and water provided. When registering, please indicate your choice of entrees for yourself and any guest. There will be volunteer recognition after the meal. Registtion is limited.
