Abstract:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is revolutionizing all aspects of the computer industry. Their impact can be seen on a number of areas such as speech and image recognition. While the telecom industry already uses key AI technologies like NLP for Chatbots and image recognition, service providers can benefit from AI in areas such as Field Services, Customer Service, Network Planning, and Engineering. Join this session to get a fresh perspective of AI in telecom, and how service providers are looking to AI to solve some of their toughest operational challenges.
