Pyramid
INTRODUCTION
For first-time visitors, this is part of the 2025 IEEE STEM Summit. Here, the Region 5 and Pikes Peak Section hosted a booth described below after the online form.
This Pyramid of Success mini website talks about the basic implementation of the IEEE STEAM-TEAMS grant.
Some examples of images or videos below have text errors showing that AI do make mistakes when taking your uploaded images and text to translate them into 3D Pixar-like characters.
Contact Dr John Santiago
This form is for any inquiries for Dr John Santiago with regards to this website and 2025 STEM Summit. Dr Santiago is currently developing AI-Assisted multi-media content that is engaging for k-12 students and enccourage them to enter the engineering disciplines. Since engineering is a very challenging field, he is developing content to develop one's mindset (engineering leadership and entrepreneurship mindset for example) to help get them through an engineering degree and career when the students decide to explore entering the engineering discipline. Dr Santiago is exploring the use of Pixar-style characters to make abstract concepts and values come alive with Pixar stories with his Animal Pyramid of Success in self-leadership, team leadership and organizational leadership.

As a result of being 2025 IEEE STEM Champion, Dr John Santiago was invited to set-up a booth for the IEEE 2025 STEM Booth for the TryEngineering flagship event, 2025 IEEE STEM Summit. Dr Santiago plans to inquire on implementing a local IEEE Pikes Peak STEM Summit in the future as the Section STEAM/STEM is being institutionalized.

The third video found in the YouTube video playlist below provides a brief history of IEEE. The other video describes a vision for sustaining IEEE sections through mentorship. You can view mentorship as a source of renewable energy. The AI-assisted video playlist serves as samples of current state-of-the-art implementation used to create STEM/STEAM multimedia content using AI-assisted tools.

WIE IEEE Anthem: We (WIE) Are Family
WIE IEEE Anthem: We (WIE) Are Family
(Note: Prototype Video/Song: WIE IEEE Anthem: We (WIE) Are Family The narrated word in caption on videos is from another video and are not the same lyrics shown below:
Empathy · Emotional Intelligence · Ethics — Together We Shine
INTRO (spoken + harmony build)
Mother Nature (spoken): “From the stars to the sea, from circuits to hearts — we shine
together, in empathy.”
Background vocals (whispered chant): “W-I-E … I-Triple-E … We … are … fa-mi-ly …”
VERSE 1 — The Ripple Begins
In the forest lab where the lasers glow,
And the ocean hums where the virtues flow,
Every mind’s a mirror, every heart’s a key —
We build the world through harmony!
CHORUS — Anthem of Unity
■ We are family — W-I-E, I-Triple-E!
Leading with empathy, shining ethically!
From I to WE, in harmony,
We build the world with love and energy! ■
VERSE 2 — Empathy in Motion
When the current’s strong, we stay aligned,
Emotional intelligence — heart and mind!
Integrity’s the rhythm, courage sets us free —
Together we’re one symphony!
CHORUS (Full Ensemble)
■ We are family — W-I-E, I-Triple-E!
Leading with empathy, shining ethically!
From I to WE, in harmony,
We light the sky with curiosity! ■
BRIDGE — Gospel Jazz Feel
We lift each other higher — we mentor and inspire,
Our ripples reach infinity — coherence never tires!
Oh, empathy and ethics — our triple E decree,
Together we illuminate — the best of you and me!
OUTRO (Soft fade, Mother Nature reprise)
Mother Nature (spoken softly): “When empathy becomes energy… The ‘I’ becomes ‘We.’
That’s the power of WIE.”

Important Note:
The videos below do have AI-assisted artifacts and errors. Currently, AI has limited capability to do multi-modal delivery. For example, when a static image has text, the text appears distorted when a static image is tasked to do AI animation.
This is for the 2025 Cool Science Carnival Day and S.T.A.R. mentors.
his info as well at https://r5.ieee.org/pikespeak/carnival-day and at https://r5.ieee.org/pikespeak/pyramid. Also, my plans are there to be there all day.

Roles & Quick Playbook (Mentor Focus)
- S.T.A.R. = STEAM-TEAMS Ambassadors for Outreach.
- Engage fast: greet, invite hands-on, offer 30-60s demos, then handoff to the next visitor.
- Message discipline: “IEEE = engineers improving lives,” “Ask about our local STEAM-TEAMS nights,” and “Sign up for follow-up.”
- Flow: 1) Greeter/line manager, 2) Demo lead(s), 3) Sign-up + sticker/handout lead.
- Capture interest: quick QR/sign-up for future STEAM-TEAMS workshops, mentors, and student activities.
Contact, Comms, and Safety
- On-site lead: John Santiago (cell in signature).
- If lost: Ask any volunteer at building entrances or the Lower Plaza Info Table for OCSE 2nd-floor B-wing directions. Cool Science
- Safety: Keep walkways clear; manage cords/tape-downs; sanitize shared items periodically.
Thank you for representing IEEE with professionalism and heart. See you Saturday!
Very Respectfully,
John
